Professional & Collegiate Athletic Performance Training
For professional and college athletes seeking an elite, individualized training experience, our private Chicago location provides a comprehensive strength & conditioning system designed to maximize your performance levels, minimize your injury potential, and fully prepare you for the rigors of an entire season. Our programs are customized for all sports and and are offered year-round in 90 - 120 minute blocks.
Location: Chicago – River North (Division & Clybourn)
Rate: $150/session (1-on-1)

High School Athletic Performance Training
Our High School Athletic Performance Training programs are designed to build upon and improve maximal strength, power, speed, agility, stability and mobility, proprioceptive awareness, and Energy System Development (ESD). For more experienced athletes with a high level of training experience, advanced training methods are utilized to obtain maximum results, while increased emphasis is also placed on preparing athletes for the heightened mental demands of elite competition. All athletes are trained in a customized, structured setting with both individual and small group options.
